TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM CAUSE / SOLUTION
Stuck key error is
displayed.
If you get at stuck key error, do a power reboot.
Console turns off
when not in use.
The unit will go into Energy Saver mode after five minutes of inactivity. Press
the ENERGY SAVER button to turn the console on.
Console display
looks strange
or has an error
message and is not
functioning.
Unplug or turn the unit OFF to reset the console and then turn ON or plug
the console back in. Repeat multiple times if the console error message still
appears. If the problem persists, contact Customer Support Services.
Device is not
charging while in
Energy Saver mode.
Your device will not charge if the product enters Energy Saver mode. This is
normal.
7.3 How to Obtain Product Service
1. Verify the symptom and review the operating instruction. The problem may be unfamiliarity with
the product and its features and workouts.
2. Locate and document the serial number of the base unit and console.
• Treadmills: located on the front of the treadmill near the power switch.
• Cross-Trainers: located on the main frame in front of the rear shrouds.
• Bikes: located on the front stabilizer below the shroud.
• Console: located on the back of the console
3. Contact Customer Support Services via the Web at www.lifefitness.com, or call the nearest
Customer Support Services group.
