1 medium beet, peeled and sliced into 1/16 inch
thick rounds.
(A mandolin is very helpful for getting thin even slices).
½ teaspoon seasoned salt (your favorite brand of all
purpose seasoning salt)
1. In a large bowl toss together all ingredients
2. Arrange beet slices on Fry Basket in a single layer allowing
space between each beet
3. Set Gourmia Air Fryer Oven to DEHYDRATE 135° and cook
for 6-8 hours or until beets are dry and crisp
