Set vertexes clockwise or anclockwise in sequence.

●

The pan angle of set area should be from 2 to 80 degrees, and lt angle should be from 1 to

45 degrees.

●

Draw four vertexes again if you want to change the shielded area.

●

When you select In Panorama Map from the drop-down list but the generaon of panorama

map failed, click

Regenerang Panorama Map... to regenerate it.

●

In the In Panorama Map mode, the pan angle and

lt angle of the set area should be within

± 60°.

Check Display Shield Area to show the shield area on the live view.

Click Add to save the re detecon shield, and it will be listed in the Fire Source Detecon

Shield List area; you can select a region and click Delete to delete it from the list; you can also

dene the color of the regions.

Click Save.

Note

This funcon varies according to dierent camera models.

4.6 Set Smoke Detecon Parameters

To avoid the potenal smoke damage, you should congure the smoke detecon funcon for

certain areas. The detail

conguraon steps show as below.

Steps

Go to Conguraon → Event → Smart Event , select Fire and Smoke Detecon.

Check Enable Fire and Smoke Detecon.

Refer to

Detecon Mode and Applicaon Scene for seng the smoke detecon mode.

Check Display Smoke Info on Stream to display the smoke informaon on stream.

Check Cancel Repeated Alarm to alarm only one

me if smoke detected in the same place.

Set the Sensivity during Patrol and Vericaon Sensivity of smoke detecon. The higher the

value is, the more easily the smoke can be detected, and the false alarm rate is higher.

Oponal: you can shield certain areas from being detected in smoke detecon.

1) Go to Conguraon → Event → Smart Event → Smoke Detecon Shield .

2) Check Enable Smoke

Detecon Shield .

3) Click Draw Area and drag the mouse in the live view to draw the area. Release the mouse to

nish drawing.

4) You can drag the corners of the red rectangle area to change its shape and size. Or drag the

rectangle to the

posion on your demand.

5) Click Stop Drawing.

6) Click Clear All to clear all of the seng areas.

7) Set the value of

Acve Zoom Rao on your demand, and then the shield will only appear

when the zoom rao is greater than the predened value
