There are two
items of cook-
ware on the
cooking sur-
face. However,
the touchscreen
display displays
this as just one
item of cook-
ware.
If two pots or pans are placed very
close together on the cooking surface,
the touchscreen display may show
them as one item of cookware. Move
the two items away from each other un-
til the touchscreen display depicts them
separately.
There is one
item of cook-
ware on the
cooking sur-
face. However,
the touchscreen
display is show-
ing two or more.
The base of the cookware may be de-
formed or embossed, or the cookware
may not be suitable for induction cook-
ing. Confirm that the base of the cook-
ware is flat.
Not every item
of cookware
that is on the
cooking surface
can be acti-
vated.
¡ You can place up to 8 items of cook-
ware on the cooking surface, but no
more than 6 evenly distributed items
can be used at the same time.

pan.

cooking positions or reduce the power

This may be due to the fact that internal
safety mechanisms are preventing the
cooktop from overheating. Try moving
the cookware to a different position.

Depending on the power level that is
selected, the type of cookware or the
combination with other cookware, bub-
bles may form unevenly. This does not
affect the temperature or the cooking
process.

Why will the
cooktop not
connect to the
home network
after the WPS
button has been
pressed on the
router?
Once the "Connect automatically" op-
tion has been selected, press the WPS
button on the router within the next
2minutes. If this time has already
elapsed, repeat the connection proce-
dure. If the problems persist, restore
the appliance to factory settings.

Why is my mo-

password "HomeConnect" to connect.

characters correctly and that you have
used upper and lower case in the rele-
