6.3.4 Configuring Privacy Mask
Purpose:
Privacy mask enables you to cover certain areas on the live video to prevent certain spots in the
video security area from being live viewed and recorded.
Steps:
1. Enter Privacy Mask setting interface
Configuration > Image > Privacy Mask
2. Select the camera channel to configure.
You can only configure privacy mask function for panoramic camera in this interface.
3. Check Enable Privacy Mask to enable the function.
4. Click Draw Area.
5. Drag the mouse in the live view window to draw the mask area.
6. Click Stop Drawing to finish drawing or click Clear All to clear all of the areas you set without
saving them.
7. Click to save the settings.
