Thank you for choosing this product that is used together with the Prep&Cook cooking food
processor. This product is intended exclusively for the preparation of food and is only for indoor,
domestic use.
Please read the section Safety information” in the directions for
use of your product and this manual before first use and save them
for future consultation.
When using the product, some parts become very hot (juice
collector, stainless steel side of the steam basket, Upper
steam tray, glass lid). They can cause burns. Handle the product
using the cold plastic parts (handle, motor unit). The red heating
light indicates that there is a risk of burn injury.
Your product gives off steam which can cause burns. Handle the lid
carefully using its handle (if required use oven gloves or a sleeve,
etc.).
WARNING: Never operate the product if the lid is not in place or
is fitted.
WARNING: Do not use the product if the level of water or liquid in
the bowl is under 0.7 L or above 2.5 L.
WARNING: The surface of the heating element remains hot after
use. Make sure that you do not touch the steam basket handles
while heating. Do not touch it until it has cooled down completely.
WARNING: Do not move the product when it contains hot liquids
or food.
This leaflet gives you useful for your tips on making the best use of your product: You can refer to the
user instructions of your Prep&Cook cooking food processor.
Before using for the first time, wash components J, K, L and M in warm soapy water.
Check that the spindle (D3), fitted with bowl seal (D4), is fully locked onto the base of the bowl using
the locking ring (see Fig.1).
Add at least 0.7 litres of water to the stainless steel bowl (D1) (see Fig.2). It is best to use warm water
because the water will evaporate more quickly and you will gain a few minutes cooking time.
Secure the lid on the bowl and lock it making sure that you remove the steam regulator cap from the lid
to allow the steam to escape into the steaming basket and tray above (see Fig. 3).
Attach the bowl onto the motor unit (see Fig. 4).
Add your ingredients to the steam basket and/or the upper steam tray, depending on the recipe, making
sure that you follow the quantities indicated in the cooking table (see Fig.5).
