The Intelligent Diagnostics function consists of the following sections:
1. Vehicle System and Detected DTC(s) – displays the name of the vehicle system(s)
and the detected DTC(s).
2. Technical Service Bulletin – contains DTC-related recalls, TSB, and OEM
campaigns.
3. DTC Analysis – provides repair assistance information related to the fault code.
4. Repair Assist – intelligently prioritizes DTCs and leads the user to the proper repair.
5. Repair Tips – details the steps for determining and clearing faults.
6. Component Measurement – provides detailed information and instructional guides
on using the oscilloscope to test components for faults.
7. Relevant Cases – offers relevant fault-clearing repair cases for reference.
5.2.1 Vehicle System and Detected DTC(s)
This section displays the scanned vehicle systems that contain faults. Tap the drop-down
menu to view comprehensive information of ALL systems or switch to different fault codes
for details.
Tap the arrow button on the right to display a drop-down list of all systems along with
specific DTCs. Use your finger to touch and slide upward or downward on the screen to
review all codes in the list. Select ALL systems or select a DTC to view the corresponding
Intelligent Diagnostics information.
