SoAtthe end of the settime, "END" wii[ be
displayed and two chimes wH[ sound
followed by two chimes every 30 sec-
onds for up to five minutes. Press the
corresponding Timer pad to can-
cel the chimes.
NOTE: The Timer reminder chimes at
the end of a set time may be changed.
See Control Options (End-of-Timer
Signal),page 12.
To Cancel a Set Time:
Pressand hold the corresponding Timer
padfor severalseconds.After aslightdelay
the time of day will appear.
OR
Pressthe Timer padand the "0" number
pad. After a slight delay the timer will be
canceled.
CANCEL PAD
Use to cancd all programming except the
Clock and Timer functions.
AUTOSETPAD
Use with function pads to automatically set:
350 ° F bake temperature
325 ° F convect bake or roast tempera-
ture (select models)
hi or [o broil
° three hours of cleaningtime
NO° F drying temperature (select mod-
els)
° [60 ° F probe temperature (select mod-

[70° F keep warm temperature (select

BAKE PAD
Use for baking and roasting.
[oPress Bake pad.
2. Pressagainfor 350° For press the Auto
Set pad. Each additional press of Auto
Set will raise the temperature 25° F. Or,
press the appropriate number pads for
the desired temperature between 100° F
and 550° F.
3oWhen the oven turns on, a red preheat
indicator wiil light and the bake icon wiil

4oA single chime wii[ indicate the oven is
preheated to the set temperature. The
preheat indicator wiii turn off.
5oWhen cooking is complete, press Can-
eel pad. Remove food from oven.

BAKING
. To recall the set temperature during
preheat press the BaRe pad.
° To change oven temperature during
cooking, press the BaRe pad and the
appropriate number pads.
o Allow 10-12 minutes for the oven to
preheat.
o Do not use temperatures below 140° F
to keep food warm or below 200 ° Ffor
cooking. For food safety reasons, lower
temperatures are not recommended.
° For additional baking and roasting tips,
refer to the "Cooldng Made Simple"
booklet.
CONVECT BAKING AND
ROASTING (select models)
o Convect Bake function cycles both
the bake andbroil dements alongwith
the convection fan at a low spee&
As a general rule, when convec-
tion baring, set the oven tempera-
ture 25 ° F lower than the conven-
tional recipe or prepared mix di-
rections. BaRing time will be the
same to a few minutes less than
directions.
Convect Roast function cycles both
the bake and broil dements alongwith
the convection fan at a high speed.
When roasting meat using the con-
vection setting, roasting times may
be up to 30% less. (Use conventional
roasting temperatures.)

additional baking and convection cook-
ing tips.
. The convection fan will stopwhen-
ever the oven door is opened.
