1, Pressthe TIMEDCOOK pad
2, Pressthe NUMBERpads to enter
yourfirst cooking time.
3. If you wish to change the powerlevel,
pressthe POWERLEVELpad and
then press the NUMBERpad to select
your preferred power level
4. Pressthe TIMEDCOOKpad again
5. Pressthe NUMBERpads again to enter
your second preferredcooking time.
6, If you wish to change the powerlevel,

7. Pressthe STARTpad.
At the end of thefirst cooking time
countdown,the second cooking time will
start itscountdown
Allowsyou to defrostfor a selected length
of time. The PowerLevelis automatically
set for level 3, but can be changed When
using higher powerlevels,foods will need
to bechecked morefrequently.
