Burner grates and components
Turn offall surface burners, and make sure they are all cooled down.
Removethe burner grates.
Removethe burner capsfrom the burner
heads.
Removethe burner headsfrom the valve
manifoldsto revealthe starterelectrodes.
Clear]all removableburner components in
warm, soapywater. Do not use steel-wool
padsor abrasivecleaners.
Rinseand dry all burnercomponents
thoroughly.
6. Returnthe burner headsto their positions or]
top of the manifold valves.Makesurea starter
eJectrodeisinserted through the hole in each
burnerhead.
7. Returnthe burner capsto their positionsor]
top of burner heads.Toensureproper and
safeoperation, make surethe burnercaps Jie
fiat or] top of the burner heads.
8. Reinstallthe burnergates in their respective
positions.
9. Turnor] each burner andcheck if it operates
properly.After verifying that a burner
operatesnormally,turn it off:
[_The precise simmer burner (RR)cap and the inner dual burner (RF)cap are interchangeable.

_ CAUTION
The starter electrodes are not removable. Do not attempt to remove them by force.
Make sure all burner components (heads and caps) are reinstalled properly.They are stable
and rest fiat when installed properly.
