Pressthe Broil button once for high temperature broiling or twice for low.
Pressthe START/SETbutton to startcooking.
When one sideof the food is browned, turn it over and start cooking the other side.

Usethe low temperature setting for poultry or thick cuts of meat to prevent overbroiling.
Ingeneral,to prevent overbroiling, pressthe Broil button to switchfrom High to Low.
