causepermanent damageto the probe.
Toavoid damageto the probe, defrostfood in advance.
Do not usetongs when insertingor removing the probe.Tongscan damage the probe.
Usethe temperature probe only for the applicable cooking operations.
If you have covered meat with aluminum foil and leave it for 10 minutes after cooking is
complete, the internal temperature increases by 5-10 °F degrees.
