GENERAL MAINTENANCE, CARE & CLEANING
DRAWER REMOVAL, INSTALLATION & ADJUSTMENT
REQUIRED TOOLS
Required tools include (but may not be limited to)
the following:
• Phillips Scrrewdriver
REMOVAL
1. Open the drawer.
2. Remove the drawer screws. See fig. 1.
3. Lift the drawer from the slides.
4. Remove the slide adjustment bracket and drawer
slide assembly. See fig. 2.
5. Repeat step 4 on the opposite side.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the slide assembly and the adjustment
bracket. See fig. 3.
NOTE: DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN THE ADJUSTMENT
BRACKET SCREWS.
2. Repeat step 1 on the opposite side.
3. Extend the drawer slides. See fig. 4.
4. Position the drawer. Then, install the drawer
screws.
NOTE: BE SURE THE DRAWER LOCKS INTO
PLACE.
5. Verify the drawer alignment. Adjust drawer
alignment as needed. See “Adjustment” (pg. 85).
6. Tighten the alignment bracket screws.
