• Retirer le boulon de lame en le tournant dans le sens
inverse des aiguilles d’une montre. Retirer la lame et le
matériel de fixation : le boulon, la rondelle de blocage et
la rondelle trempée.
• Retirer le bouchon de broyage.
• Retirer l’insert arrière.
• Retirer le carter de la courroie et le racleur.
• Débrancher le câble de la transmission arrière.
• Retirer le dispositif de guidage de courroie avant
• Retirer la courroie de la poulie de transmission avant.
• Retirer les trois poulies folles de l’ensemble du tendeur.
• Retirer la courroie de l’adaptateur de lame ou de la
poulie du moteur et du tendeur.
• Retirer la poulie de transmission arrière en serrage les
piliers de verrouillage à l’arbre de transmission
primaire, sous la poulie, puis desserrer la poulie à l’aide
d’une clé de 9/16 po.
• Retirer l’ancienne courroie d’entraînement.
Remplacer la courroie d’entraînement.
IMPORTANT! Toujours utiliser des pièces d’origine.
• Placer la nouvelle courroie sur la poulie de
transmission arrière. S’assurer que la nouvelle courroie
se trouve à l’intérieur des languettes du dispositif de
guidage de courroie.
• Réinstaller la poulie de transmission arrière. Acheminer
l’autre extrémité de la nouvelle courroie à travers le trou
dans le carter vers la poulie de transmission.
Acheminer la nouvelle courroie à travers le tendeur
vers l’adaptateur de lame ou poulie de moteur.
• Réinstaller toutes les trois poulies folles.
• Positionner l’adaptateur de lame ou la poulie de moteur
sur le vilebrequin du moteur. S’assurer que le
contacteur de l’adaptateur de lame ou la poulie du
moteur et la clavette du vilebrequin sont alignés et que
la nouvelle courroie se trouve à l’intérieur de l’onglet de
retenue de la courroie. Installer la nouvelle courroie sur
la poulie de transmission avant.
• Réinstaller le dispositif de guidage de courroie avant
S’assurer que la nouvelle courroie se trouve à l’intérieur
du dispositif de guidage de courroie.
• Réinstaller le carter.
• Rebrancher le câble de transmission arrière et
remonter le ressort sur l’insert arrière ou sur le dispositif
de guidage de courroie.
• Réinstaller l’insert arrière.
• Réinstaller la lame. Consulter les instructions fournies
dans la section « Remplacement des lames ».
• Serrer la bougie.
