Attn:LegalDepartment;and(3)yourwrittennoticationmustinclude(a)your
name,(b)youraddress,(c)thedateyoupurchasedtheproduct,and(d)aclear
statementthatyouwishtooptoutofthebindingarbitrationagreementand
classactionwaiver.
Inaddition,youmaypursueaclaiminsmallclaimscourtinyourcountyof
residence(ifintheUnitedStates)orinOrangeCounty,California.Insuchcase
theprovisionsofthesectiontitled“BindingArbitrationAgreement;ClassAction

How the Law Applies
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveotherrights,
whichvaryfromstatetostateandprovincetoprovince.Thiswarrantyappliesto
thegreatestextentpermittedbyapplicablelaw.

NoemployeeoragentofVIZIOmaymodifythiswarranty.Ifanytermofthis
warranty,otherthantheclassactionwaiver,isfoundtobeunenforceable,
thattermwillbeseveredfromthiswarrantyandallothertermswillremain
ineect.Iftheclassactionwaiverisfoundtobeunenforceable,thenthe
entiresectiontitled“BindingArbitrationAgreement;ClassActionWaiver(U.S.
ResidentsOnly)”willnotapply.Thiswarrantyappliestothemaximumextentnot
prohibitedbylaw.
Changes to Warranty
Thiswarrantymaychangewithoutnotice,butanychangewillnotaectyour
