RACK 5: Use for toasting bread or broihng very thin foods
and two-rack baking.
RACK 4: Use for two-rack baking and for broiHing.
RACK 3: Use for most baked goods on a cookie sheet or jeHHy
roll[ pan, Hayercakes, fruit pies, or frozen convenience foods
and for broiHing.
RACK 2: Use for roasting small[cuts of meat, casseroHes,
baking [caves of bread, bundt cakes or custard pies and two-
rack baking.
RACK 1: Use for roasting [arge cuts of meat and pouHtry,
frozen pies, dessert souffles or ange[ food cake and two-rack
baking.
MULTIPLE RACK COOKING:
Two rack: Use rack positions 2 and 4, 1and 4 or 2 and 5.
Three rack: Userack positions 1,3 and 5. See illustration
above.
Baking Layer Cakes on Two Racks
For best results when baking cakes on two racks, use racks 2
and 4.
Place the cakes on the rack as shown.
Haft Rack Accessory
(Lower oven only)
A half rack, to increase oven capacity, is available as an
accessory. It fits in the left, upper portion of the lower oven
and provides space for a vegetable dish when a large roaster
