Call your dealer or the repair service he

All service should be handled
locally by the dealer from whom
you purchased the unit or an
authorized KitchenAid servicer.
If you are unable to obtain the name of
a local authorized KitchenAid servicer,
call our Consumer Assistance Center
telephone number (see Step 1).
3. If you are not satisfied with the
action taken:
Contact the Major Appliance Consumer
Action Program (MACAP). MACAP is a
group of independent consumer experts
that voices consumer views at the highest
levels of the major appliance industry.
Contact MACAP only when the dealer,
authorized servicer, and KitchenAid have
failed to resolve your problem.
