CLEANING
Proper care and cleaning are important
so
your cooking center will give
you efficient and satisfactory service. Follow these directions carefully in
caring
for
it to help assure safe and proper maintenance.
BE SURE ELECTRIC POWER IS OFF BEFORE CLEANING ANY
PART OF THE COOKING CENTER.
Control Panel
It’s a good idea to wipe the control panel after each

Spills and spatters are easy to remove from walls

floor.
That’s because there’s little heat except
in the food, or sometimes in the cookware. Some
spatters wipe up with a paper
towel,
some may
require a damp cloth. Remove greasy spatters with
a
sudsy
cloth, then rinse and dry.
Wipe up spatters on the window on the inside
of the door daily. When the window is soiled, wash
it with a damp
cloth,

Wipe metal and plastic parts on the inside of the
door frequently.

brand cleanser. High heat generated
on the bottom of the Brown ‘N Sear Dish
can
cause stains to bake onto the oven
floor
if
grease
is present. These may be removed with Bon
Ami’K’
brand cleanser.
After using this cleanser, rinse
and
dry thoroughly,
