Oven
Shelves
The shelves are designed with
stop-locks so that when placed
correctly on the shelf supports,
they will stop before coming
completely out from the oven, and
will not tilt when removing food
from or placing food on them.
To remove a shelf
from the oven,
pull it forward to the stop-locks
and lift the front of the shelf. Be
certain that the shelf is cool before
touching it.
To replace the shelf
in the oven,
tilt the shelf up at the front and
slide the curved extension of the
shelf under stop-lock on shelf
support. Then slide the shelf all the
way into the oven.
When placing cookware on a shelf,
pull the shelf out to the “stop”
position. Place the cookware on
the shelf, then slide the shelf back
“into the oven. This will eliminate
reaching into the hot oven.
Shelf Positions
The oven has four shelf supports identified in this
illustration as A (bottom), B, C and D (top).
Shelf positions for cooking are suggested in the
Baking, Roasting and Broiling sections.
