Oven Air Vents
Never block the vents (air openings) of the
range. They prox4de tt_e air inlet and outlet
that are necess_ T fbr tt_e range to operate
properly with correct combusOon.
Air openings are locamd at the rear of
the cooktop, at the top and bottom of the
oven door, and at the bottom of the range,
under the kick panel or storage drawer
(depending on the model).

Control Panel and Knobs
It's a good idea to wipe the control panel
after each use of the oven. Clean with mild
soap and water or vinegar and water, rinse
with clean water and polish dU with a soft
cloth.
Do not use abrasive cleansers, strong liquid
cleaners, plastic scouring pads or oven
cleaners on the control panel-they will
damage the finish. A 50/50 solution of
vinegar and hot water works well.
The control knobs may be removed for
easier cleaning. To remove a knob, pull it
straight offthe stem. If knob is difficult to
remove, place a towel or dishcloth between
the knob and control panel and pull gently.
Wash the knobs in soap and water or a
vinegar and hot water solution.
Metal parts can be cleaned with soap and
water. Do not use steel wool, abrasives,
ammonia, acids or commercial oven
cleaners. DU with a soft cloth.
