Problems with TwinDos
Problem Cause and remedy
Fit a new cartridge or
fill container
The cartridge is empty.
Replace the cartridge.
Check whether the laundry is clean. There may not
have been enough detergent.
Wash the laundry again if necessary.
Only a few more
washes are possible
before a new cart-
ridge is needed for
compartment .
The detergent in the cartridge is running low. There is
sufficient left for approx. 4to 8wash programmes.
Order a new cartridge.
Use "TwinDos" or
carry out "TwinDos"
Maintenance in the
"Maintenance"
menu. See the oper-
ating instruction
manual for more in-
formation.
TwinDos has not been used for a long time.
Use TwinDos for one of your next loads.
Carry out the TwinDos maintenance programme as
described in “Cleaning and care” – “Starting main-
tenance programmes”.

detergent in the hoses may dry up.
