Fault message at the end of a programme
Message Cause and remedy
Align the machine.
Laundry not properly
spun
The smoothing process which the laundry undergoes
at the end of the programme could not be carried out
properly.
Check whether the washer-dryer is aligned cor-
rectly as described in “Installation” – “Levelling the
machine”.
Check whether the maximum delivery head of
1.0m has been exceeded.
If the fault message appears again, contact the Miele
Customer Service Department. The washer-dryer can
still be used but with reduced functionality.

run the "Clean ma-
chine" programme.
No drying or wash programme using a temperature
above 60°C has been run for a long time.
In order to prevent bacteria and unpleasant odours
building up in the machine, run the Clean machine
programme using the Miele dishwasher and wash-
ing machine cleaner or powder detergent.
To switch off the fault message, switch the washer-dryer off with the button.
