Fault message at the end of a programme
Message Cause and remedy
Intensive flow: Clean
the filter and jet or
remove foreign ob-
jects from the pump
housing.
The pumps are soiled.
Clean the pumps as described in the “Problem
solving guide” – “Opening the door in the event of
a blocked drain outlet and/or power cut”.
Start a wash programme again after cleaning.
The nozzle in the top of the door sealing ring is
blocked with fluff.
Remove the fluff with your finger. Do not use any
sharp or pointed tools to do this.
Start a wash programme again after cleaning.
If the fault message appears again, contact the Miele
Customer Service Department. The washer-dryer can
still be used but with reduced functionality.
Check load
There is no laundry in the drum.
The load is too small. The laundry is still damp be-
cause the residual moisture content in the laundry
cannot be measured.
In the future use a Timed drying programme for
small amounts of laundry.
The amount of laundry exceeded the maximum load
for the selected programme.
Observe the maximum load sizes given in the Pro-
gramme chart.
Start "Rinse out fluff"
programme in the
"Maintenance"
menu
TheRinse out fluff programme has not been used for
a long time.
Start the Rinse out fluff programme as described
in “Cleaning and care” – “Starting maintenance
programmes”.
To switch off the fault message, switch the washer-dryer off with the button.
