10.2. Meatballs
Use approx. 125g of beef mince to form each meatball (diameter approx. 75mm,
height approx. 35mm).
Distribute the meatballs evenly directly on the rotary plate.
Preparation
In order to achieve the best results, select the automatic programme A-10
(meatballs).
Turn the control knob in a clockwise direction until the programme A-10 has
been set. Confirm your selection by pressing .
Select the number of meatballs using the control knob.
The cooking process starts after pressing .
10.3. Baking frozen bread rolls
Select convection mode to bake the bread rolls.
Place 3-4 bread rolls directly on the rotary plate. Preheating is not necessary.
Select the following setting for the baking process: convection mode 170°C,
duration: 12 minutes
This setting is achieved by pressing the button multiple times until the
temperature of 170°C is shown on the display. Confirm your selection by
pressing . Select the baking time by turning the control knob in a clockwise
direction.
The cooking process starts after pressing .
If you then want to immediately bake more bread rolls, shorten the time by approx.
1-2 minutes because the device has now been fully preheated.
10.4. Potato gratin
A round dish without a lid with a height of 5 to 6 cm and a diameter of approx.
22cm.
Ingredients
750 g of waxy peeled potatoes
300 g of cream
100 g of grated cheese with a fat content of 25% to 30% fat in dry matter.
• Flavouring
Preparation
Cut the potatoes into approx. 3 – 4 mm slices.
Now arrange around half of the potato slices in the casserole dish in a similar
way to roof tiles.
Sprinkle around half of the grated cheese onto the potatoes then add the
flavouring and approx. 150 g of cream.
The remaining potato slices are now also added to the casserole dish, again in a
