Playback sound is interrupted when using a DJ software.
• For Mac, set the appropriate buffer size (latency) value for the DJ
software.
• For Windows, set the appropriate buffer size value on the setting
utility.
The BPM is displayed, but the beatgrid isn’t. / The Slicer
function doesn’t work. / Skip mode doesn’t work.
• Activate [Set Auto BPM] and [Set Beatgrid] in the offline player
settings, then analyze tracks. For details about the track analysis,
see the Serato DJ Pro software manual.
• Set a beatgrid. For details about beatgrids, see the Serato DJ Pro
software manual.
Jog illumination doesn’t rotate during playback, or it rotates
but isn’t synchronized with the Serato DJ Pro virtual deck.
When the deck is switched, the [TEMPO] slider can’t be used.
• Set [MIDI MODE] to [AUTO] in Utilities mode. (page 96)
The indicator flashes and operation is strange.
• If the unit behaves unusually or doesn’t turn on, disconnect the AC
adapter’s power cord from the power outlet, wait a while, then
reconnect the AC adapter’s power cord to the power outlet.
