Connection
The unit isn’t recognized by your PC/Mac.
• Connect the supplied USB cable correctly. See: Connecting input
terminals (page 38).
• If you’re using a USB hub, disconnect it.
• If another USB device is connected to your PC/Mac, disconnect it.
• Set the driver software properly. (page 7)
• Quit any other open applications including screen savers and
resident software on your PC/Mac. (When quitting antivirus security
software, before doing so, disable the Internet connection to ensure
the security of your PC/Mac.)
• If multiple ASIO drivers other than this unit are installed on your PC/
Mac, uninstall unnecessary ASIO drivers.
• Check if the unit’s firmware version can be displayed in the setting
utility. (page 110)
