SMART DIAGNOSIS

Wi-Fi Diagnosis in phone app.
- Select ‘Smart Diagnosis > Wi-Fi Diagnosis’ of
App.
- Diagnosis result will be displayed on the
smart phone screen.
Self Diagnosis using Smart
Phone (Audible, Wi-Fi)
- Run the downloaded refrigerator app, and log
in with ID/PW registered in Thinq site.
- Select Smart Diagnosis menu.

Audible Diagnosis in phone app.
- Select ‘Smart Diagnosis > Audible Diagnosis’
of App.
- Recording screen will be displayed, and
standby at this state.
- Select Audible Diagnosis from ‘Settings >
Smart Diagnosis’ of TFF display, and select
Self Diagnosis using your smart phone
button.
- In No. 2~4 processes TFT display of Audible
Diagnosis (through call center), press Start
button, and press Record button of the smart
phone app.
- When Beep sounds for about 17 seconds and
Recording is completed, diagnosis result is
displayed on the smart phone screen.
Wi-Fi Diagnosis

After you select the Display’s ‘Settings >
Smart Diagnosis’ menu and touch the
‘Wi-Fi Diagnosis’ button.

Press the Start button.

When Start button is pressed, diagnosis
data is sent to Service Center, and you can
receive detail guide by calling the Service
Center.
NOTE
To use Wi-Fi diagnosis, Wi-Fi(Settings >

Wi-Fi) must be connected and the user
must be registered(Settings > Log In).
Member subscription for user

registration can be done in Thinq site.
NOTE
Search for ‘LG Smart Refrigerator’ in

Android Market or Apple App Store to
download smart phone application.
When you log in with ID/PW registered
