Errors Cause Troubleshooting
Appliance door does not open
at the end of the Eco 50° pro-
gramme.
The safety device will switch
Eco drying off.

Appliance door automatically
opens too wide at the end of
the Eco 50° programme.
Door is not correctly adjusted.
▶
Adjust the appliance door as de-
scribed in the installation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70mm
- 100mm.
Wrong screws used to adjust
the door gap.
▶
Use size 4X30 screws to adjust the
door gap.
The screws are included in the scope
of supply.
If the screws used here are too long,
this may deactivate Eco drying.

E:14 lights up. Water protection system is ac-
tivated.

E:15 lights up. Water protection system is ac-
tivated.
1. Turn off the water tap.

E:16 lights up. Water is continuously running
into the appliance.

E:18 or indicator for water
supply lights up.
Supply hose is kinked.

Install the supply hose without kinks.
Water tap is turned off.

Turn on the water tap.
Water tap is jammed or furred
up.

Turn on the water tap.
The flow rate must be at least 10 l/
min when the water supply is open.
Filter in the water supply is
blocked.
1. Switch off the appliance.
2. Pull out the mains plug.
3. Turn off the water tap.
4. Unscrew the water connection.
5. Remove the filter from the supply
hose
