Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshooting in-
formation before contacting Customer Service. This will avoid unnecessary costs.

Improper repairs are dangerous.
Repairs to the appliance should only be carried out by trained specialist staff.
Only use genuine spare parts when repairing the appliance.
If the power cord of this appliance is damaged, it must be replaced with a spe-
cial connection cable, which is available from the manufacturer or his Customer
Service.

Door is not correctly adjusted.
Adjust the appliance door as de-
scribed in the installation instructions.
The door gap must be at least 70mm
- 100mm.
Appliance door and door seal
are soiled.
Clean the appliance door and door
seal with a damp cloth and a little
washing-up liquid.
Wrong screws used to adjust
the door gap.
Use size 4X30 screws to adjust the
door gap.
The screws are included in the scope
of supply.
If the screws used here are too long,
this may deactivate Eco drying.
