Sprint Service
Voicemail Notification
There are several ways your phone alerts you to a new
message:
By displaying a message on the screen.
By sounding the assigned ringertype.
By the LED blinking red.
By displaying at the top of yourscreen.
New Voicemail Message Alerts
When you receive a new voice message, your phone
alerts you and prompts you to call yourvoicemail.
To call your voicemail:
Press and hold .
To display your Missed Log:

RetrievingYourVoicemail Messages
You can review yourmessages directly from your
wireless phone orfrom any othertouch-tone phone. To
dial from yourwireless phone, eitherspeed dial your
voicemail oruse the menu keys.
Using One-Touch Message Access
Press and hold . (Your phone will dial your
voicemail box.)
Note
When you are roaming offthe Sprint National
Network, you may not receive notification ofnew
voicemail messages. It is recommended that you
periodically check yourvoicemail by dialing 1+
area code + your wireless phone number. When
yourvoicemail answers, press (
*
)
and enteryour
passcode. You will be charged roaming rates when
accessing voicemail while roaming offthe Sprint
National Network.
Your phone accepts messages even when it is
turned off. However, you are notified of new
messages only when yourphone is turned on and
you are in a Sprint service area.

Voicemail Passcode
If you are concerned about unauthorized access to
yourvoicemail account, Sprint recommends that
you enable yourvoicemail passcode. (Do not
activate One-Touch Message Access.)
