Piston/Piston Rings/Piston Pin
12. Connect the ECT sensor connector (21).
13. Install the ignition coil (22) and tighten the
ignition coil bolts (23) to the specified torque:
7 lbf·ft (10 N·m, 1.0 kgf·m)
Connect the ignition coil A connector (24) and
B connector (25).
14. Install the shims, camshaft and camshaft
holder (page 84).
15. Install the crankshaft hole cap (page 86).
16. Install the cylinder head cover (page 87).
17. Install the spark plug (page 78).
18. Install the exhaust pipe (page 130).
19. Install the subframe (page 40) and left and
right mufflers (page 127).
20. Install the fuel tank and seat (pages 34, 36, 38).
21. Fill and bleed the cooling system (page 163).
Check for the following:
– compression leaks
– abnormal engine noise
– secondary air leaks
– exhaust gas leaks
– coolant leaks
– oil leaks
