Roastingis cookingbydryheat.Tendermeator
poultrycanberoasteduncoveredinyouroven.
Roastingtemperatures,whichshouldbelowand
steady,keepspatteringtoa minimum.
Roastingis reallya bakingprocedureusedformeats.
Therefore,ovencontrolsaresetforBakingorTimed
Baking.(Youmayheara slightclicklngsound,
indicatingtheovenis workingproperly.)Timed
