sandwichbottomcombinesthebenefitsof stainless
steel(appearance,durability,andstability)withthe
advantagesof aluminumor copper(heatconduction,
evenheatdistribution).
Aluminum:
heavy weight recommended
Goodconductivity.Aluminumresiduessometimes
appearasscratchesonthecooktop,butcanbe
removedif cleanedimmediately.Becauseof its
lowmeltingpoint,thinweightaluminumshouldnot
beused.
Glass-ceramic:
Usable, but not recommended.
Poorperformance.Mayscratchsurface.
