Oil 2 tablespoons
Salt 1 teaspoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
Bread flour 600g/4 cups
Eggs 1
Yeast: Active Dry 2 teaspoons
Glaze
Milk 2 tablespoons
Sesame seeds,
optional

Additional steps
1. Once finished divide into 16 equal
pieces. Knead each piece and shape
into rounds.
2. Place rounds close together on a lightly
greased baking tray.
3. Cover loosely with lightly greased
plastic wrap and leave to stand in a
warm area for 30 minutes or until
doubled in size. Preheat oven to 200°C.
4. Brush rolls with milk and sprinkle with
sesame. Bake in preheated oven for 12-15
minutes or until golden brown.
