A naccurate heart rate sensor continuously measures your stress levels and sleep patterns.
Managing stress
When the stress level measurement is completed, you can relax by following the breathing
directions that the Galaxy Watch Active2 provides. After you measure your stress level, tap
BREATHE >
to breath and relieve stress.
Checking your sleeping patterns
Your sleeping pattern will be measured and divided into four states. After waking up in the
morning, you can check your sleep pattern on the sleep tracker screen or through the
Sleep
widget. Find out your sleep pattern through constant observation.

The sleep pattern will have its four states (Awake, REM, Light, Deep) analyzed by
using your movement and changes in your heart rate. A graph will be provided with
recommended values for each measured sleep state based on results for people in
your same age group.

Using the various exercise features
The Galaxy Watch Active2 supports about 40 indoor and outdoor exercises and activities.
Exercise efficiently with the Galaxy Watch Active2 at home, outside, or at a fitness centre. The
Galaxy Watch Active2 helps you achieve your set target by carefully checking your workout
time, distance, speed, heart rate, and calorie consumption during exercising.

Doing multiple exercises in one session
You can effectively continue through several exercises in one session. After finishing one
exercise, start the next exercise immediately.
