Information codes
If the oven fails to operate, you may see an information code on the display. Check
the table below and try the suggestions.

C-20
The temperature sensor is open.
Unplug the power cord of
the oven, and contact a local
Samsung service centre.
The temperature sensor is short.
C-F0
If there is no communication
between the main and sub
MICOM.
C-F1
Only occurs during EEPROM

C-21
This code appears when the
oven temperature high.
In case the temperature rises
over the limit temperature
during operation of each mode.
(Fire sensed.)
Unplug the power cord for
cooling enough time, and restart
the microwave oven.
C-F2
The touch key is malfunction.
Stop the oven and then try
again.
C-d0
Unplug the power cord for
cooling enough time, and clean
the button. (Dust, Water)
