Creating Your Address Book
The product allows you to scan and save the scanned image to your recipients via
e-mail or fax. Yet before sending the image files to e-mail or fax, you need to first
setup address book through the embedded web page. Please follow these steps to
create your address book.
To create your address book,
1. Refer to the
preceding section, Specifying the Product’s Date and Time, to
launch the product’s embedded web page.
2. On the product’s web page, choose [Properties] and then choose [Address
Book] on the left side. The following page will be displayed.
3. Choose [Add New] to prompt the following page.
4. Enter the name, fax number, and e-mail address for an individual recipient.
5. After completing entering the settings, click「Submit」to finish. The new recipient
will be displayed in the e-mail list. This means you have successfully created an
address book.
