PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
Cleaning solution does
not spray out.
Detergent mode is not selected. Press the detergent mode button.
Cleaning solution tank is empty. Rell the cleaning solution tank.
Incorrectly tted tubes.
Check ttings and connections.
Ensure there are no kinks in tubes.
The water pump inside the
powerhead overheats.
Let the vacuum cool down to reach a
normal temperature, then re-start the
vacuum.
Foam is leaking from the
outlet on the powerhead.
Incorrect cleaning solution or
incorrect mix ratio is used.
Use manufacturer’s cleaning solution
or high-quality low-foaming liquid
carpet cleaning solution. Ensure the
cleaning solution is mixed with water
at the correct ratio.
The remote control will
not operate.
The battery has no charge.
Replace the old battery with a new
one.
The remote control is not
programmed.
Reset the remote control using the
instructions on page 12.
The remote control is damaged. Contact customer service.
