PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION
The wet/dry shampoo
vacuum will not operate.
Faulty power cord, switch, or
motor.
Unplug and check the power cord.
If damaged, have it repaired by a
professional or call customer service.
No power supply.
Check the power supply, cord,
breakers, and fuses.
On/Off switch is in the wrong
position. Or the correct mode
button is not selected.
Press the ON ‘I’ button on the
powerhead and select desired
cleaning mode. Follow instructions on
page 13-18.
Collection tank full. Empty the collection tank.
The dust comes out from
the motor cover.
The cartridge lter is missing or
damaged.
Attach or replace the cartridge lter.
Incorrect use of foam lter when
dry vacuuming.
Replace the foam wet lter with the
cartridge lter.
The exhaust lter is missing or
damaged.
Attach or replace the exhaust lter.
Low suction power and
high operating noise /
vibrations.
Nozzle, hose, or tank inlet is
blocked.
Check and remove blockage from the
nozzle, hose, and tank inlet.
Cartridge lter is clogged by ne
dust.
Take off the lter and clean it or install
a new cartridge lter.
Float valve has closed.
Empty the collection tank of any liquid
waste and ensure the oat valve
located underneath the lter is able to
move freely.
