NOTE: Please leave enough slack in the electrical wiring for the electrical control panel to be easily opened.
• For maintenance, remove the five screws from the electrical panel cover and rotate open. Use the light cable to secure
the door.

The shield of P&Q communication cable.
Only one end of shield shuould be connected to the earth.
NOTES:
• Outdoor using 3 core. 18AWG (0.75mm
2
) wire connection, maintain polarity.
• Indoor using 2 core, 18AWG (0.75mm
2
) twisted-shielded wire connection, non polarity. The signal line shield must be
grounded at the equipment end, and taped back at the end of the line. Do not allow the ground shield wire to touch
ground anywhere along the length of the wire, maximum 4930ft long.
• The communication line must be hand-in-hand serial connection, not using star connection.
• Do not use wire nuts to couple the communication buss. Solder wires or use crimp butt connectors and cover.
• Ground wire should not make contact with any metal surface aside from the OD unit chassis. Wrap the wire back at the
end of the buss, tape back and secure. Do not use wire nuts.

Remove the 5 mounting screws and lift the control cabinet
up gently to remove the slots on the control cabinet from the
hooks of the installation plate before servicing. Take use of the
thin metal staff with hook to suspend the control cabinet and
keep it open by fixing the hook to the proper suspension slot
as illustrated bellow. Return the metal staff back and secure the
covers when completed.
Power wiring from the unit disconnect must have sufficient
length to allow the control panel assembly to swing open. The
main power conductors L1/L2/ L3 need to be clamped and
secured in place so that outside forced cannot pull the wires out
of the terminal block. Make sure the communication line is also
clamped and secured.
