Warning indicators and error codes
The heat pump dryer will illuminate the following warning indicators or display the
following error codes when it needs maintenance. If your corrective actions do not
resolve the issue, please contact our after sales support centre and book a service.

The tank full light comes on after each program (and
also when the water tank is full) to remind you to empty
the water container. We recommend you empty the water
container after each use to avoid triggering an alarm
during the next use.
If the light remains on, please call for a service.

The filter light comes on every cycle to remind you that
the filter must be cleaned at the end of the program.
[ ErS ]
The [ ErS ] message is displayed:
– if you try to select an option that is not compatible with
the selected program
– if you select another program because of incorrect
operation while the program is running.
[ dop ]
The door is open, or the filter is not installed properly.
Check the filter installation and ensure the door is closed
properly.

some strange
noises.
Heavy, wet clothes tumbling in the
drum can cause bumping noises
when the drum is turning.
These noises are normal. Make
sure your drying load is properly
spin dried to limit the noises.
The interior light

Increase the drying load.
