stallation, the operation, the maintenance
and service of this equipment, must be

tions for waste water treatment plants",
– know and have read this operations
manuals,
– know and follow the corresponding reg-
ulations.
DANGER
Health Hazard - injuries by drinking recy-
cled water. The cleaned waste water is not
suitable for drinking. It still contains some
residual contamination and detergent resi-
due.

Contact with water with microbial organ-
isms can be a health hazard. If the system
fails, there is a risk of growth of microbial
organisms in the recycled water. Avoid
contact with recycled water.
Switch off the plant, turn the emergency
stop main switch in the electrical switch-
es cabinet to "0".

Regulation for protection against haz-
ardous substances, CHV 5 (Hazardous
substances regulation, HSR).

stalled between the system and the
drinking water network in accordance
with EN 1717 to protect the drinking wa-

The system cleans waste water and pro-
vides recycled water for car washes (motor
car portal washing stations). The recycled
water can only be used for cleaning pro-
grammes (for e.g. preliminary washing,
high pressure cleaning, brush cleaning).
Recycled water is not suitable for use as
rinsing water or for applying drying aid or
some other such purpose.
Cleaning is done by:
– Separation of slow settling particles in
the sediment basin and hydrocyclone
– Destruction of odour by recirculation
and ventilation.
Pre-requisites for smooth functioning: Ba-
sin system according to the water flow dia-
gram shown in the "Function" chapter.
The workplace is located on the system
and is retracted only briefly for starting the
pla
nt and for maintenance jobs.
The type plate is located at the control cab-
inet of the system.
