When the display shows D the
oven is set in Sabbath. When the
display shows D C the oven is
baking/roasting.
How to Set for Regular Baking/Roas_g
Make sure the dock shows the correct time of day and
the oven is off.

in the display.

Using the number pads, enter the
desired tempelature between 170°F

(77°C) ;and 550°F (288 (,). N( signal or
tempelature will be given.
Touch the START pad.
After a 1.mdom delay period of
approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,
D C will appear in the display
indicating that the oven is baking'/
roasting. If D C doesn't appear in the
displa); st;art again at Step 4.
To adjust the oven temperature, touch the
BAKEpad, enmr the new mmpemture using
the number pads ;and touch the STARTpad.
NOTE" The CLEAR/OFFand COOKINGTIMEpads
will flmction during the Sal)l)ath tcature.

Make sure the dock shows the correct time of day and
the oven is off.

Toucla the number pads to set the
desired length of cooking time between
1 minute ;and 9 hours ;and 99 minutes.
The cooking time that )ou entered will
be displayed.
[_ Touch the START pad.
_] Touch the BAKEpad. No signal will be
g]Vell.
_] Using the number pads, enter the
desired temperature. No signal or
temperature will be gixen.
_] Touch the START pad.
After a landom delay period of
approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute,
D C will appear in tlae display indicating
that tlae oven is baking/r0asting. If D C
doesn't appear in the displa); start again
at Step 7.
To adjust the oven tempelature, touch the
BAKfpad, enter the new tempelature using
the number pads ;and touch tlae STARTpad.
When cooking is finished, the display will
change from D C to D ;and 0:00will appem;
indicating that the oxen has turned OFFbut is
still set in SabbatlJ. Remoxe the cooked toed.
How to Exit the Sabbath Feature
Touch the CLE_AR/OFFpad.

Tap the DELAYSTART pad tmtil 12shdn
or no shdn appears in the displa).

will automaticall} turn off after 12 hours
or n0 shdn, indicating that tim oven will
not automatically mrn off alter 12 llotlrs.
Touch tlae START pad when the option
[_ that }ou _¢mt is in the displa) (12shdn or
noshdn).
NOTE"If a power outag_ occurred wlaile
the oven was in Sabbath, the oven will
automatically turn off ;and stay off even
when the power returns. The oven
control must be reset.
