BANANA, AVOCADO AND YOGURT
Makes approximately ½ cup
INGREDIENTS
1 small (130g) ripe banana, peeled, cut into
chunks
½ small (100g) avocado, flesh only, cut into
chunks
1 tablespoon natural yogurt
METHOD
1.
Combine all ingredients into blender
jug. PULSE until desired texture is
achieved.
2. Use within 1 day or freeze until needed.

Makes approximately ½ cup
INGREDIENTS

¼ cup blueberries
METHOD

Combine ingredients into blender jug.
PULSE until desired texture is achieved.
2. Use within 1 day or freeze until needed.
PAPAYA AND YOGURT

150g ripe papaya, peeled, seeds removed and cut
into chunks
2 tablespoons thick vanilla yogurt
METHOD
1.
Combine ingredients into blender jug.
PULSE until desired texture is achieved.
2. Use within 1 day or freeze until needed.

For babies over 12 months add ½
teaspoon honey
