10 VCI Manager
The VCI Manager is for connecting the MaxiSys tablet with a VCI through Bluetooth. This
application allows you to pair the tablet with the VCI and to check its communication
status.

VCI Connection via Bluetooth
The VCI needs to be either connected to a vehicle or to an available power source, so that
it is powered up during the synchronization procedure. Make sure the tablet has a fully
charged battery or is connected to an external power supply.
