1 Turn tile mode selector knob to MANUAI,.
2 Using tile temperature control knob, set tile
desired temperatm'e.
3 Tm'n the oven control knob to BAIZE.
A cooling tim will automaticallx tm'n on to cool
internal parts. This is nom/al, and tile fan may
contintle to 1"11nex,en after tile ox, en is ttlrned ()[1'.
Tile oven ON light and tile oven interior lights
ttlYn on }lll(l i'eillain on until tile oxen control
knob has been turned to OFF.
Tile PREHEAT light will come on and stav on
tmtil tile oven temperatm_e reaches the pre-set
temperatm'e. When the light goes off, tbods
with recipes requiring a preheated oven should
be placed in the oven. This light will (NCI,E on
and off' dm_ing the remainder of the cooking
process.
NOTE: These lig'hLs will nol immediately come on !/

4 Check tile food for aloneness at tile minimmn
time on tile recipe. Cook hmger if necessary.

5 Turn tile oven control knob to OFF when
baking is finished.

When roasting use the A or Bshelf position.
NOTE: When roasting, check tile weight of tile
meat. Place the meat tat side up, or fin" poultry,
breast side up, on tile roasting grid in a
shallow pan. The melting fiat will baste the
meat. Select a pan as close to the size ()f the
meat as possible. (The broiler pan with grid is
a good pan for this.)
