To avoid possible burns, place tile shelves
in tile correct position 1)elore you turn tile
oven on,
1 Turn tile nl(Ide selector knob to TIMED.
2 Turn tile oven control knob to tile desired
flUlCtion (BAKE, CONV, BAKE or CONV,
ROAST),
3 Using tile tenlperature control knob,
set the desired tenlperature.
NOTE: The oven ON & PREHEAT l_t_'hls and
lhe oven interior li@ls will nol turn on until the
oven starl,s heating'.
4 Press tile COOK TIME button.
NOTE: If vour recipe requires preheating, you
nlav need to add additional tinie to the length
of cooking tinIe (approxinlately 15 niinutes).
5 Press the increase "at" or decrease "V"
button to set the cooking tinle. (The
illaXiilltlill cooking dine is 11 ho/li'S and
50 niinutes. Tile nlininlunl cooking tiine
is 1 nlinute.)
If tile increase "at" or decrease "V" button is
not pressed within 5 seconds of pressing the
COOK TIME button vou will need to press
COOK TIME again.
Tile displa) will show COOK and tile cooking
tiine co/intdown.
Tile oven will continue to cook for tile

6 At tile end of tinIed cooking tile word
(;()OK will blink in the display and the end
of cycle tone will sound. To clear the end of
cycle tone press any button. Turn the oven
control knobs to OFF and the niode selector
knob to MANUAl,.
NOTE:
• You will hear a convection Jan while cooking
with conxection features.
A cooling tim will turn on to cool internal
parts. This is nornial, and tile fan niav
contintle to i'/in even atter tile ()veil is
turned off.
Tile low tenlperature zone of this ()veil
(between 150°E and 200°E) is available to
kee I) hot cooked foods waim. Food kept in
tile oven longer than two hours at these low
teniperatures nlav not be sale to eat.
Foods that spoil easil B such as milk, eggs,
fish, stuffings, poultry and pork, should not
be alh)wed to sit for nlore than one hour
before or after cIIoking. RooIn tenlperature
pronlotes tile growth of harinflll bacteria. Be
sure tile ()veil light is off because heat fl'oin
tile bulb will speed harnlfli1 bacteria growth.
