You may feel that your new oven cooks
differently than the one it replaced. _4'e

If you think your new oven is too hot or too
cool, you can adjust the thermostat yourself.
If wm think it is too hot, a(!just tile therlnostat
to make it cooler. If win think it is too cool,
at!just tile thermostat to make it hotter.
We do not recommend the use of thermometers,
such as those tound in grocery stores, to check
tile temperatm'e setting of vom" new oven.
These thermometers may va_T 20-40 degrees.

Pull tile temperature control knob off tile
shall look at tile back of tile knob and note
the cmTent setting before making anv
a(!justments.
I,oosen both screws on the back of the knob.
To increase tile ox, en tei/lpei'attli'e, inox, e tile
index mark one notch toward tile words
"MAKE HOTTER,"
To decrease tile ox, en telnpei'attli'e, inox, e tile
index mark one notch toward tile words
"MAKE COLDER."
Each notch changes tile temperature bv
10 degrees Fahrenheit,
Tighten tile screws.
Replace tile knob, matching tile flat area
of tile knob to tile shati.
