Burner Caps and Heads
NOTE: Before removing the burner caps
and heads, remember their size and location.
Replace them in the same location after
cleaning.
Usea sewing needle or twist-tie
to unclog flTesmall hole in the
burner head.

in hot, soapy water and rinse with clean
wateI: You may scour with a plastic scouring

Burner heads
For proper ignition, make sure the
small hole in the section that fits over the
electrode is kept olaen. A sewing needle
or wire twist-tie works well to tmclog it.
The silts in the burner heads must be kept clean
at aft times for an even, unhampered flame.
Clogged or di m' bm'ner l)O_lS or electrodes
_ill not allow the bm'ner to olaerate iarolaerly.
An) spill on or arotmd an electrode must
be carefifll) cleaned. Take care to not hit an
electrode with an)_hing hard or it could
be damaged.
_)u should clean the btm_er calas and
bm'ner heads routinely, eslaecially alter bad
slaillox e_,.... which could cloo_ the aenings,
in the bm'ner heads, i,ifl offwhen cool.
To remoxe bm'ned-on food, soak the
bm'ner heads in a soltltion of mild liqtfid
(lete_gent and hot water for 20-30 minums.
For more stubborn stains, use a toothbrtlsh.
After cleaning
Beli)re lautting the burner calas and heads
back, shake out excess water and then dry
them thoroughly by setting in a wam_ oven
for 30 minutes.
NOTE:Donotusesteelwoolorscouringpowders

Replacement
I_elalace bm'ner heads over the electrodes
on the cooktop, in the correct locations
according to their size.
