Pomegranate Pucker
Pomegranate, another antioxidant
powerhouse, costars in this cleansing elixir.
Makes about 12 ounces (1 to 2 servings)

cup pomegranate seeds
2 blood oranges, halved

lemon, peeled (or if you have fresh
lemon juice on hand, use 1 tablespoon
stirred in at the end)
1. Assemble juice extractor attachment. Turn
to high speed and juice the pomegranate
seeds.
2. Replace juice extractor with the citrus juicer
attachment. Turn to low speed and juice the
blood oranges and lemon.
3. Add lemon juice, if not juicing with other
ingredients, stir and drink immediately.

1 large tangerine or mandarin orange,
halved
½ ounce fresh oregano
½ ounce fresh mint
¼ English cucumber
1. Assemble the citrus juicer attachment.
2. Turn to low speed and juice the tangerine or
mandarin. Replace the citrus juicer with the
juice extractor attachment.
3. Turn to high speed and juice the herbs and
then the cucumber.
4. Stir and serve immediately.

1 medium tangerine, peeled and halved
1. Assemble the juice extractor attachment.
2. Turn to high speed and juice the papaya
and strawberries.
3. Replace juice extractor with the citrus juicer
attachment. Juice the tangerine.
4. Stir together and serve immediately.

1 large grapefruit (peeled and cut to fit
the feed tube if using extractor)
1 medium orange (peeled and cut to fit
the feed tube if using extractor)
¼ lemon (peeled if using extractor)
1 1½-inch piece ginger, if using
extractor* (about ¼ cup juiced)
1. Assemble the citrus juicer attachment.
2. Turn to low speed and juice the grapefruit,
orange, and lemon.
3. Stir in the ginger juice and drink immediately.
* We recommend keeping ginger juice on hand
for adding to tea water, seltzer, or other juices
for an extra immunity boost or for a shot by
itself. If the ginger is not already juiced, it is
advised to use the juice extractor attachment
